      Delivery times vary based on the items purchased.

      Our company supplies both the neutral product (ie without print) and the personalized product and this difference affects the delivery times.


      Delivery times for neutral goods (WITHOUT PRINT) 
      For neutral goods, delivery times vary from 2 to 8 working days, but may vary depending on the origin of the product, on the quantity, but above all on the basis of the availability of the chosen item .

      We advise you to contact us by phone or e-mail in case you want to immediately check the availability and the actual delivery times of the chosen product. To speed up the delivery we advise you to pay 100% in advance.

       

      Where to view the delivery times of a product

      In the detail sheet of each product the delivery days and the availability of express delivery services for the personalized goods are indicated, while the delivery date for the neutral goods (without printing) can only be viewed by the cart.


      We remind you that delivery times are calculated automatically by our system and run exclusively from the time of payment of the order in case of purchase of neutral goods. 

       


      Delivery times for customized goods Delivery times for personalized
      goods are generally around 12 working days and run exclusively from the acceptance of graphic drafts.

      Our system automatically calculates the delivery date based on the selected item, the type of customization and the order date.

      The dates shown on the cart are valid for most of the national territory. Deliveries to islands and in some more remote areas may be delayed for one or more days.

       

      For these dates to be respected it is necessary that:

      • The order and payment are made by 6:00 pm
      • The files are sent by 6.00 pm on the day following the order
      • The graphic draft is approved within 24 hours of its receipt

      Any delays in confirming the graphic design, sending the files necessary for personalization or payment could lead to a delay in delivery times.

      The delivery of personalized goods takes place regularly within the established times but may be delayed depending on the origin, availability and type of customization.

      The transport for personalized goods is always FREE throughout Europe except for some countries such as Switzerland and Norway where you will be charged a shipping fee based on the quantity, weight and volume of the items selected .

      Depending on the timing, type of processing and delivery date, delivery by air service with UPS or TNT couriers is also assessed.
