  Express services incur an extra cost, but guarantee you * delivery within the day you specified at the time of purchase.

  You can select the delivery date in the cart on the right side. This date varies depending on the quantity, the selected item and the destination country.

  The cost of the service is indicated in real time to the cart and is proportionate to the size and urgency of your order.

  We can deliver customized goods, for some items **, even in 1 working day.

  Express shipping services can be performed in all major Italian and European cities.

  If the destination is not present, please contact us to verify the feasibility of delivery.

  Goods shipped outside the Italian territory are sent by UPS or TNT courier.

   

   

  For these dates to be respected it is necessary that:

  • The order,  the files  and the payment are made by 6:00 pm
  • The graphic draft is approved within 24 hours of its receipt

   

   

  Any delays in confirming the graphic design, sending the files necessary for personalization or payment could lead to a delay in delivery times.

  Unlike "Express Delivery" guaranteed on the day chosen by the Customer and involving extra costs, "Express Delivery without additional costs" is a type of delivery that does not include additional costs but can be chosen exclusively for certain types of products. The products for which “Express Delivery without additional costs” is provided, be they gadgets or neutral or personalized clothing, are exclusively those marked with the violet color sticker.

   

  the delivery isindicatively scheduled within 3, 4 or 5 working days from the acceptance of the graphic draft and does not involve any extra cost for the order made. The purple label will indicate the exact delivery days provided for that type of item. The delivery date indicated in the "Shopping Cart" is automatically generated by the system and cannot be changed by the user. Deliveries to the islands and to some more remote areas of the national territory may be delayed for one or more days.

   

  In any case, in order for delivery times to be met, it is necessary that:

   

  - The order, payment and sending of the file are made by 6.00 pm;

   

  - The graphic draft is approved within 24 hours of its receipt;

   

  Any delays in confirming the graphic design, sending the necessary files for personalization or payment will lead to a postponement of delivery times.

   

  In the event that the delivery of the order does not take place on the scheduled days, the latter will not be subject to dispute, requests for compensation or cancellation, without prejudice to the withdrawal rights provided for consumers who order neutral products.
