• Can I buy different sizes and colors?

  Yes. For most products, our company does not impose minimum quantities for size and color, so you can divide the items as you prefer without any extra charge. For example, if you ordered 20 t-shirts, you could split them like this: 3 S BLACK - 5 L WHITE - 8 XL BLUE -1 S RED - 3 M YELLOW. We remind you that the choice of sizes does not affect the price calculation. If you only need to make a quick quote, you can then insert indicative sizes so that you can proceed quickly with the price calculation. To the cart, there is a link to be able to change or remove sizes and colors. When you confirm an order, you instantly receive a confirmation email with a summary of the sizes and colors chosen, you can then check your order and make any changes. • Can I print photos?

  Yes.

   

  Photographs or images in general can be printed without any kind of problem but the feasibility depends mainly to the chosen product and the quantity to be printed.

   

  Not all products are compatible of 4-color process image printing and it will be our platform to make this printing option available based on the article selected.

   

  In order to be able to print a photographic image you must select in the step “Printing options” 4-color process or digital printing according to the quantity and the final result you want to obtain.

   

  If these customization options are not displayed in the product you have chosen, the likely causes are:

   

  - product not suitable for the type of customization

  - quantity less than the minimum order quantity required to enable the "4-color process" option or "Digital Printing".

• Do you have a price list?

  We don't have a paper price list because the customization variables are almost endless. For this reason on our site we have created a simple and intuitive tool to calculate the price of each individual product in just a few clicks. In the various categories there is the CALCULATE PREVENT button next to each product. By clicking on this button you will be taken to the procedure for calculating the estimate which, with a few steps, will allow you to determine and evaluate the cost of the supply. To make your quote you don't need to register or communicate your data. You can easily browse the categories without making any kind of quote. At any time you can turn the quote into an order by entering your details and proceeding to pay by credit card, paypal or bank transfer. We have general catalogs of clothing and gadgets, where prices are not present. If you are interested in receiving a specific catalog, send us your request, our sales department will be happy to send it directly to your home.

• How much does delivery cost?

  Transportation for customized goods is free throughout Italy, Germany, France, Spain and England. Outside these countries, the system will calculate a supplement to the shopping cart based on the item, the quantity and the type of customization selected. For neutral goods (ie without printing) transport costs are calculated based on the quantity and type of product purchased. to know more

• Can I pay 30 days?

  No. We are a low-cost company that works exclusively with liquidity to keep prices low, so we do not grant deferred payments. In some cases and based on the size of the order, we can still evaluate an alternative solution. • Can I pay cash on delivery?

  No. It is not possible to pay all the cash on delivery. The only payment solutions are: OPTION 1 30% down payment by bank transfer, credit card or paypal 70% cash on delivery with payment in cash up to 999.00 euros or by check upon receipt of the goods. OPTION 2 100% advance by credit card, paypal or bank transfer. Depending on the payment methods selected, there may be supplements that will be highlighted in the shopping cart as: - Credit card fees - Pay Pal commissions - Cash on delivery commissions In some cases and based on the size of the order we evaluate other payment options. • With which couriers do you send the goods?

  All products of our company are shipped exclusively by express courier.

   

  To ship the goods we use the following express couriers: BRT, UPS, TNT or GLS.

   

  The choice is made based on the location of delivery and the size of your order.

   

  Automatically at the time of shipment of the goods our system will send you an e-mail containing the name of the courier used. Our "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER" system that allows you to follow all the various steps of product progression and your order is also 90% integrated with express courier systems and you can then track your shipment at any time up to delivery directly from the link you received by email.

   

  If you do not have the possibility to access "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER" on our website or the courier that we used to ship your goods is not synchronized with our system, you can always contact our sales department who will be happy to inform you tracking your shipment or giving you delivery information.

• What is the minimum purchase amount?

  We do not have a minimum purchase quantity for most of our products. Some items instead you can order them only with minimums and multiples. Example: minimum 10 pieces and multiples of 5 and so on. In this case the item you have chosen can only be purchased with a minimum of 10 pieces. In the detail sheet of each product or in the Step quantity you will be notified if the product has minimums or multiples to respect. However, we remind you that the price varies mainly based on the quantity ordered and the type of customization chosen. We recommend that you view the product detail page of the item you are interested in to quickly see the various prices for the different quantity ranges and choose the one most convenient to your budget. Alternatively, the system offers a real-time calculation of the price so that you can satisfy all your requests from 1 to 10,000 pieces.

• What is the positioning of my graphics?

  During the purchase procedure, you can decide where to place your graphic according to the size and feasibility limits that you will find in the step “Printing options”.

   

  The picture displayed in the step “Printing options” (FRONT - BACK - LEFT - RIGHT) is indicative and is used only to identify the side to be printed on.

  The indications on the positioning and your graphic size can be written later in the field "NOTES" at the step “Upload”.

   

  These indications will be useful to the graphic designer that will be assigned to you in order to make the graphic draft following the indications you have provided.

  The print format indicated (e.g. A4, does not indicate the size in which your graphic will be printed, but only the maximum printing area) you can then also print your logo/design in a smaller format and in the position best suited to your needs (e.g. heart side, chest center, etc.).

   

  Please note that the files can be uploaded after the order through the link Upload that you will find at the bottom of each page of our website or can always be sent by e-mail directly to the graphic designer that will follow your order.

  The e-mail of the graphic designer that will follow your order can be find in "FOLLOW YOUR ORDER" after placing the order and payment.

  The website does not allow real time positioning of your graphics on the selected product, but we offer a free custom service for the creation of the graphic draft.

  This choice gives you the opportunity to have a custom product even if you do not have completely suitable files or if you do not have the knowledge to create it in a professional manner.

  For technical reasons the files must always be processed and optimized for printing, this will be provided free of charge by our professional graphic designer.

   

  The graphic draft will be supplied to you in PDF format by e-mail and will clearly indicate the positioning, colors, printing technique and real print format.

   

  We will also include pages with real size print files. You can print it on paper and then check the adequacy of the size itself.

   

  As soon as you receive the draft and after checking it you can confirm it by e-mail or you can inform us of the changes to be made.

   

  Changes do not involve supplements and you can request all the necessary changes until the result has satisfied you.

   

  The print format varies according to the selected article.
