    • Legal Guarantee Of Conformity Procedure

      First, you should know that the Legal Guarantee of Conformity covers products purchased for a period of 24 months from purchase for consumer Customers, while for professional Customers the warranty period is 12 months from purchase.

       

      The consumer Customer must notify the Seller of the defect found within 60 days of its discovery, while the professional Customer must notify the defect found within 8 days of discovery.

       

      Once you have verified that the parameters and times above are respected, follow the simple steps listed below. 

       

      1) Once discovered the defect, send an e-mail to the address info@pubblicarrello.com specifying:

      - number of the order placed;

      - Seller invoice number;

      - date of shipment of the product (date of delivery note);

      - defects found;

      - photographs of the non-conforming product with details of the defect found;

      - name and contact details of the contact person to be contacted.

       

      2) After receiving the e-mail from the Customer, the Seller carries out an initial analysis of the photographs sent and responds to Customer by providing information to be followed in the specific case.
