    • Minimum purchase quantity

      We do not have a minimum purchase quantity for most of our products.

      Some items can only be ordered with minimums and multiples.

       

      Example: minimum 10 pieces and multiples of 5 and so on.

       

      In this case the item you have chosen can only be purchased with a minimum of 10 pieces.

      In the detail section of each product or at step “Quantity” you will be informed if the product has minimums or multiples to respect.

       

      Please note, however, that the price varies mainly based on the quantity ordered and the type of chosen customization.

       

      We suggest visiting the product detail section of the item you are interested to consult the various prices for the different bands of quantity and to choose the one more convenient for your budget.

       

      Alternatively, the system offers real time price calculations so that you can satisfy all your requests from 1 to 10.000 pieces.

    • Will I receive a graphic draft before printing?

      Yes.

       

      After placing your order and after payment you will be assigned a graphic designer that will follow you during the entire production process.

       

      If you did not send the print files when ordering, you can do so in two ways:

       

      Option 1

       

      Through the link "Upload" at the bottom of all the pages of our website. The operation is guided and by providing your order number and your e-mail you can quickly upload all the files necessary to customize your products.

       

      Option 2

       

      Send the files by e-mail to the graphic designer that will be assigned to you.

      The graphic designer, usually within 48 hours of receiving the files, will send you by e-mail a graphic draft based on your indications.

       

      The graphic draft will be sent in PDF format and clearly indicates the type of print, the colors used, the placement on the chosen item and the real print format.

       

      You can request all the necessary changes until the draft satisfies you.

       

      This service is free and allows you to place an order even if you do not have technical knowledge of graphics or printing.

       

      Only after your confirmation by e-mail (ok to print) the goods will be sent to production.

      Please note that the delivery time starts exclusively from the acceptance of the graphic draft, therefore it is in your interest, in order to avoid delays, to check your e-mail and give us a quick reply.

       

      Please note that if you confirm the graphic draft within 24 hours from its receipt, your order will be delivered within the scheduled time.

    • Can I buy the goods without printing?

      Yes.

       

      The platform allows the purchase of both personalized merchandise and neutral merchandise (ie without printing). The cost of neutral merchandise can be evaluated directly in the product detail tab or by clicking the ESTIMATE CALCULATION button and subsequently in the PRINTING POSITIONS select NEUTRAL GOODS.

       

      For goods without printing there is a contribution for shipping costs. Delivery times vary based on the chosen item.

       

      Delivery times for non-personalized goods vary according to the origin, quantity and country of destination. We usually deliver between 3 and 8 working days.

       

      Also for neutral goods, there are deliveries with the Express service.

    • In which format should I send the files for printing?

      To ensure a faithful and defined reproduction, the files must be provided in vector format in the case of reproductions of logos/writings/designs.

       

      We therefore advise you that to provide us with the files between: AI, EPS, CDR or PDF.

      If you do not have a vector file, you can send a high-resolution file in one of the following formats: PSD, TIFF, JPEG.

       

      The graphic designer that follows your order will reconstruct them in vector format except for files in 4-color process or complex ones (images, photographs, scans, designs with nuances) for which a high-resolution PSD, TIFF or JPG file is required.

       

      The reconstruction of the file is free of charge except for complex and demanding files for which it is necessary a processing time beyond the standard.

       

      For this service there is a supplement that will be communicated to you by the same graphic designer and that will be quantified according to the complexity of the file itself.

      Only after your written approval we will proceed to insert this supplement to your order.

      On average 95% of orders do not involve any graphic reconstruction costs.

       

      For any information you can always contact our graphics department even before placing the order to be able to assess in advance the cost of a possible reconstruction.

    • What is the maximum print format?

      Based on the selected item, our system shows the maximum print format within which your design/graphics/logos can be printed.

       

      The available formats, displayed based on the selected item, are the following:

       

       

      -       custom format

      -       up to 12 x 12 cm format

      -       up to 7 x 35 cm format

      -       up to A7 format

      -       up to A6 format

      -       up to A5 format

      -       up to A4 format

      -       up to A3 format

      -       up to A3+ format

       

      Let's now analyze the various formats available.

      Custom format

      This option will be displayed for all products where the print format is not well defined, and, in these cases, you can choose the size together with the graphic designer based on the item chosen.

       

      A classic example is printing on trousers, shorts or bandanas.

      On these items, in fact, the printing areas and positions can be different and change from one brand to another depending on the manufacture (pockets, seams, folds, pattern cut, etc.).

       

      When the custom print format is selected, you can print in the maximum format allowed by the object without an extra charge.

       

      Example:

       

      You can print on a trouser your logo/design/graphics in the format 2 x 2 cm or 20 x 50 cm without difference in costs.

       

      This rule applies only to screen printing, flex from 1 to 2 colors, flock from 1 to 2 colors and digital printing.

       

      For embroidery, the maximum default size of the "custom format" is up to the format 12 x 12 cm.

       

      If you want a larger embroidery you should contact our sales department for a custom quote according to the item, the file and the quantity of goods you want to produce.

      Up to 12 x 12 cm format

      This option is generally available in custom clothing and specifically in short-sleeved items (e.g. T-shirts, Polo shirts, shirts, etc.) and refers to the maximum customization size of the sleeve.

       

      The print of your logo can be reproduced within this format.

       

      You can then print your logo/design/graphics in different format (e.g. 5 x 4 cm or 10 x 7 cm) without an extra charge.

       

      Your graphics cannot exceed the format 12 x 12 cm.

       

      Please note that, depending on the chosen item, the size 12 x 12 cm may be larger than the actual size of the product (for example, the sleeve of a T-shirt for a shaped woman).

      In these cases, the print format will be optimized according to the product.

       

      After the order is placed, the graphic designer who will create the graphic draft will send you the positioning considering the size you have indicated.

       

      If you do not have any preferences on the size or positioning of the graphic, it will be the responsibility of the graphic designer to propose the most suitable solution.

      Up to 7 x 35 cm format

      This option is available in custom clothing and specifically in long-sleeved items (e.g. long-sleeved T-shirts, long-sleeved polo shirts, long-sleeved shirts, etc.) and refers to the maximum customization size that can be reproduced on the sleeve of the item of your choice.

       

      The print of your logo can be reproduced within this format.

       

      Based on the article chosen this size may vary or not really be printable because there are pockets, folds, seams or simply if the size of the article is smaller.

       

      An example could be the long-sleeved T-shirt for women, which in some articles has a smaller printing area.

       

      In this case, the graphics to be printed will be optimized considering the maximum print size achievable on the chosen item.

       

      After Order Confirmation, the graphic designer assigned to you will create a free graphic draft that will be sent to you by e-mail, clearly indicating the position and size of the print according to your indications and in relation to the chosen product.

       

      If you do not have any preferences on the size or positioning of the graphics, it will be the responsibility of the graphic designer to propose the most suitable solution.

      Up to A7 format

      This option is generally selectable in custom clothing and represents the standard format of embroidery.

      So, it will never be visible in 1 to 7 color printing, 4-color process, Flex, Flock or even in digital printing.

       

      The A7 format is: 7,4 cm x 10,5 cm

       

      This always refers to the maximum customization size that can be reproduced in the choices item. The printing of your graphics/logos/designs can be reproduced within this format.

      You can decide the print format by specifying it in the "NOTES" field of step “Upload”.

      If you didn’t specify it at time of order, you can do it later by communicating it to the graphic designer that follows your order and that will make the graphic draft for free before sending the goods in production.

      Up to A6 format

      This print format can only be selected for customization with embroidery.

      It will therefore not be visible for other customization techniques.

      The A6 format is: 10,5 x 14,8 cm.

       

      It always refers to the maximum customization size that can be reproduced on the article of your choice.

       

      The printing of your graphics/logos/designs can be reproduced within this format.

      This does not mean that if you select this option your graphics will be printed in A6 format.

      You will decide the print format.

       

      You can then print a logo 8 x 14,8 cm or 10 x 10 cm or 3 x 3 cm at no extra charge and at the same cost as the A6 format.

      Up to A5 format

      This option is generally selectable in custom clothing according to the selected printing technique.

      The A5 format is also the default format for digital printing.

      The A5 format is: 14,8 x 21 cm.

      It always refers to the maximum customization size that can be reproduced on the article of your choice.

      This print format will be displayed and available for digital printing, Flex, Flock and embroidery.

      Up to A4 format

      This option is generally selectable in custom clothing according to the selected printing technique.

      The A4 format is also the default format for printing from 1 to 7 colors and for 4-color printing.

      The A4 format is: 21 x 29,7 cm.

      This always refers to the maximum customization size that can be reproduced on the article of your choice.

      The printing of your graphics/logos/designs can be reproduced within this format.

      This does not mean that if you select this option your graphics will be printed in A4 format.

      You can decide the print format according to your graphics and the result you want to obtain.

      You can communicate it to the graphic designer after the order or specify it in the "NOTES" field of step “Upload” during the purchase process.

      You can then print a logo 15 x 20 cm or 11 x 11 cm or 2 x 2 cm at no extra charge and at the same cost as the A4 format.

      Up to A3 size

      This option is generally selectable in custom clothing according to the selected printing technique.

      The A3 size is: 29,7 x 42 cm.

      This always refers to the maximum customization size that can be reproduced on the article of your choice.

      The printing of your graphics/logos/designs can be reproduced within this format.

      This does not mean that if you select this option your graphics will be printed in A3 format.

       

      You can decide the print format according to your graphics and the result you want to obtain.

       

      You can communicate it to the graphic designer after the order or write it in the "NOTES" field of the step “Upload” during the purchase process.

       

      You can then print, for example, a 20 x 35 cm, 7 x 42 cm or 2 x 2 cm logo at the same cost as the A3 format.

      Up to A3+ size

      This option is generally selectable in custom clothing according to the selected printing technique.

      The size A3 is: 32 x 45,7 cm.

      This always refers to the maximum customization size that can be reproduced on the article of your choice.

       

      The printing of your graphics/logos/designs can be reproduced within this format.

      You can decide the print format according to your graphics and the result you want to obtain.

       

      You can communicate it to the graphic designer after the order or write it in the field "NOTES" to the step "Upload" during the purchase process.

      You can then print a logo 27 x 45 cm or 7 x 30 cm or 4 x 4 cm at the same cost as the 3+ format.

    • Can I receive a sample with my print?

      If you are reluctant to place an order because you have no idea of ​​the final result or want to test the service in addition to the product, we suggest you opt for the following options:

      - sampling service

      - prototyping service


      The first service refers to the production of a digitally produced sample, which will be useful exclusively for evaluating the visual impact and proportions of your graphic on the chosen product. 
      From our site you can order even one piece by selecting the digital print for most of our products.


      The prototype service, on the other hand, offers the possibility of creating not a sample, but a real prototype, that is, a product printed individually with the same printing technique used in the production phase for higher quantities.

       

      Therefore, if you have chosen to print a four-color process in screen printing on a single t-shirt, the same systems used for large runs will be made. In this way you will have a product exactly equal to that of a higher circulation.


      This service is charged and the evaluation varies according to the product selected, the type of printing and the type of file you want to print. 
      This option is useful to view the finished product before making a big production or maybe to see the final result in print based on the file provided and to evaluate any changes.

    • What are the delivery times?

      Delivery times vary mainly based on the article selected and the type of customization selected. Most of our products are delivered throughout Europe within 12 working days from the acceptance of the graphic drafts. In the details sheet of each product there is a tool that calculates the delivery day for that item immediately.
